Roman chamomile is the perennial version of its German counterpart, though in contrast used for herbal remedies and skin care, it is not however used for teas.
It will reach full bloom in about 10 weeks with a daisy like flower with white petals and yellow center. Usually used as ground cover or to soften edges in the garden, chamomile grows well in full sun or partial shade while flowering their best in rich organic soil. Harvest flowers when they are fully open.
